適合對象：年齡15歲以上青少年的家長
在這場講座中，我們將一起探索：
✓ 青少年面臨的壓力源：學校的考試、朋友的期望，以及自我要求的重擔。
✓ 他們的應對方式：有些孩子可能選擇隱藏自己的感受，而有些則會向家人或朋友尋求支持。我們會討論這些不同的應對策略，以及如何幫助他們找到適合自己的方式。
✓ 何時需要尋求幫助：當壓力超出他們的承受範圍時，如何識別出需要專業支持的徵兆。
這不僅是一場講座，而是一個相互交流的機會。讓我們一起學習如何成為孩子們的堅強後盾，共同面對青春期的挑戰。期待您的參與！
講者 | 資深臨床心理學家 - 楊麗瑩博士 (DR. LINDA YEUNG)
她於非政府機構及大學提供臨床心理及輔導服務多年，曾任香港大學學生發展及資源中心輔導及心理培育部總監，帶領及督導多專業團隊，支援青少年的成長。同時，她亦是香港《精神健康急救》的課程顧問及資深導師。她致力透過培訓、主題講座、諮詢及其他義務工作等，推廣精神健康及共融。
