International Advanced Levels (IAL) Program

The International Advanced Levels (IAL) A / AS-level examination, offered by Pearson Edexcel are held in May / June and January.  Pearson Edexcel is an examining and awarding body based in the UK and operates throughout the world.  The IAL is awarded to students from international schools in Hong Kong. Some of the IAL students are HKDSE students from local schools and doing self-study for subjects that they decide to pursue in university.   

Significant jump from IGCSE

There is a significant jump from IGCSE to A – levels in terms of the content and the skills required for successful performance in the examination. iStudy provides regular foundation tutorials supplemented with past paper practice to improve problem-solving and essay-writing skills.  We aim to train students how to think independently and boost their confidence before the examination.
